We want you to be confident in InfluencerIQ. If your first paid subscription does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment.
2. What is covered
The 30-day guarantee applies to:
- First-time Monthly subscriptions.
- First-time Annual subscriptions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. What is not covered
Refunds are not provided for:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the initial payment.
- Renewal charges after the first billing period.
- Partial use of daily lookup quotas.
- Violations of our Terms of Use that result in account suspension.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at support@influenceriq.app with the email address associated with your account and the date of purchase. We will review and process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
5. Cancellation vs. refund
Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically generate a refund. If you are within the 30-day window and want your money back, please follow the refund request process above.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
