1. Plans and pricing
InfluencerIQ offers a Freemium plan at no charge, a Monthly plan at $39.99 per month, and an Annual plan at $239.99 per year. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Plan features and daily lookup limits are described on our Pricing page.
2. Billing and renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed through Whop. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize Whop to charge the payment method on file. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Whop customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your paid plan until that date.
4. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrading from Freemium to a paid plan unlocks additional daily lookups immediately after payment. Downgrading from a paid plan to Freemium takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Failed payments
If a payment fails, Whop may retry the charge and may suspend access to paid features until payment is successfully processed.
6. Refunds
Paid subscriptions are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy. Beyond that period, fees are generally non-refundable.
7. Changes to pricing
We may change subscription prices or features with reasonable notice. Price changes apply to your next billing period after the change takes effect.
