You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use InfluencerIQ. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Permitted use
InfluencerIQ is designed to help fashion e-commerce owners evaluate public Instagram influencer profiles. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or reverse engineer the platform.
- Circumvent daily lookup limits or authentication controls.
- Use the service to harass, stalk, or discriminate against any individual.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit access to the service.
4. Content and data accuracy
Reports are generated from publicly available Instagram data and our own estimates. We do not guarantee that any metric — including engagement rate, reach, or suggested rates — is accurate, complete, or current. You should independently verify information before making business decisions.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Whop and are subject to our Subscription Terms and Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfluencerIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
